Functional breathing is the foundation of physical health, mental clarity, and emotional resilience. At Breathe4Sport, I help you understand how you breathe, why it matters, and how to change it so your body works with you - not against you.

Most people breathe inefficiently in some way without realising it. This can contribute to stress, anxiety, fatigue, poor sleep, breathlessness during exercise, and reduced performance in everyday life.

Through personalised 1-2-1 sessions or group workshops, I help you restore healthy breathing patterns so you can feel calmer, stronger, and more in control.

What we work on

  • Identifying dysfunctional breathing patterns

  • Improving nasal breathing and breath control

  • Reducing breathlessness during daily life or exercise

  • Supporting nervous system regulation

  • Improving sleep quality and recovery

  • Building resilience to physical and mental stress

 

Sessions combine education, assessment, and practical breathing techniques you can use immediately in real life.

How sessions work

Sessions are available as 1-2-1/2-2-1 coaching or workshops, delivered in person or online (where appropriate). Each session is tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and current health.
