Breathing is one of the most powerful and most overlooked performance tools available to athletes. Whether you’re a swimmer, triathlete, or recreational athlete, how you breathe directly affects endurance, efficiency, recovery, and mental focus. At Breathe4Sport, I help athletes develop functional breathing patterns that support physical and mental performance rather than limit it.
