Service Description
Once we have assessed your child's breathing patterns, you and your child will learn how poor breathing patterns can affect our health and ability to exercise. We will then practise various breathing exercises to improve your child's breathing over the 3 sessions. This is relevant to children with asthma/respiratory conditions, to children who tend to breathe through their mouth during the day/sleep, to children who play sport/compete and get very breathless.
