Breathe Through the Menopause Workshop

Learn how to use your breath and cold and heat therapy to manage common menopausal symptoms and to boost your longer term health post menopause. We will practice specific breathing exercises, have a sauna and cold water immersion session, which are proven to help sleep quality, reduce stress/feelings of anxiety, reduce incidence of hot flushes, improve focus and concentration, energy levels and more. We will also explore some simple lifestyle changes that you can implement straight away.

Swim & Breathe for Better Health

Come and explore your breathing patterns on land and when swimming front crawl. Become aware of your daily breathing patterns on land and how these can affect your swimming. Learn to improve your breathing efficiency on land for better health. Become really aware of how you breathe in the water and learn how to optimise this for better endurance, more speed and quicker post swim recovery.
