Swim and Breathe for Better Health

Come and explore your breathing patterns on land and when swimming front crawl. Have your daily breathing patterns assessed and learn how to improve your breathing efficiency on land for better health. Become really aware of how you breathe in the water and learn how to optimise this for better endurance, more speed and quicker post swim recovery.
