Practical breathing techniques to swim stronger and boost overall health

Come and explore your breathing patterns on land and when swimming front crawl. Become aware of your daily breathing patterns on land and how these can affect your swimming. Learn to improve your breathing efficiency on land for better health. Become really aware of how you breathe in the water and learn how to optimise this for better endurance, more speed and quicker post swim recovery.
