Service Description

This is a guided contrast therapy session for women who have previously attended a Garden Spa Evening or had a 1-2-1 Introductory session with me to learn the basics. These drop-in sessions will give you time to have up to 3 cold dips and 2 sauna sessions, with a reminder about using the breath to calm the nervous system, and the option of listening to a mediation to connect the mind and body in one of the sauna sessions.
