Keep the Practice Going!
Many people have attended our face-to-face Day Workshops, 4 week online breathing course for swimmers or had 1-2-1 sessions and gone away full of enthusiasm, new knowledge, and breathing exercises to practice afterwards.

The reality is that after a few weeks, the practice wanes, or you are not sure whether you are still performing the exercises correctly, or perhaps your BOLT score has improved and you don't know what to do next. This is the feedback that we have received and in response to this, Marianne will start running some regular online breathing practice sessions to support your ongoing journey to better functional breathing!
